Yeah, after that whole business with the attacks from that Fifo imposter, < started watching who's online daily instead of just occasionally, in case that guy ever comes back. Of course, it's also useful to tell when certain people show up or not

<'s thinking of getting a 100m ethernet cable to plug <'s PC on the top floor into the router two floors down because <'s connection is so bad up here...

^ might be best off doing that to have a stable connection as there's nothing worse. < had to deal with the same issue before with a very intermittent Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi on PC's is always awful at least in <'s case and don't even think about downloading files with it.

< thought 100m was 100mbit and was going to suggest that ^ get a CAT5e or CAT6 to support up to 1gbps, but that's < overlooking the basics being an eejit again when 100m is clearly 100 metre

< is relaxing in his car, windows down. The winds are blowing and the sun is shining brightly (still a little hot but that’s ok). < wishes < had time to go to the beach for a swim since it’s so nice but < lives like an hour from there.

< finally has a CRT that works now although < did have to give it a bit of a servicing

< will stop complaining about them now before everyone on RPC is CRT on the brain

Hm, that would be a wonderful idea, < thinks. < should save up some money to buy lots and < has to hope that RD will be on a weekend. So that < can have plenty of time to post. And hopefully beat a record.

< discovered that an assignment < thought was due tomorrow is actually due on Sunday. < is relaxing a bit, but not too much since there are some slides < should be working on now instead of that. < can't believe how much there is to do right about now.

Let’s not forget about Ray502’s[/s ] search for the succulent sweet steamed hams. It’s a sorrowful shame that he couldn’t find them, though it was a superb effort! < still think about whatever happened to those steamed hams.

A break actually sounds nice right about now since < just got home. Maybe < will take a nap and come back later. < was exhausted waiting for nothing to happen and then got sent home.

^^'s Homeplug / Powerline solution could work decent depending on the wiring in one's house. Though < could never get the full internet speed (and nobody ever will) < had a very stable connection. If stability is all one needs and the wiring in ones house isn't a complete cowboy job then < thinks those adapters will do someone fine.
