Ah for the days before the Registry, when one could do that sort of thing! *would put a smiley here but wasn't actually alive in that period*

On a related note, < hates how convoluted GNOME has gotten (as do many Linux users, and it's hardly new news at this point). Upgrading certain packages causes GNOME Shell to start crashing unless that package itself is reinstalled. And get this, it crashes with JS errors! A lot of substandard code seems to make it into release quite often too… < grudgingly uses GNOME though, because of all the Wayland innovations they're pioneering, like pointer constraints (the reason < finally relented and installed a desktop environment at all, instead of just using Sway) and tablet support.
< finds it funny how quickly that rant materialized.

So much for < going to bed early yesterday because < was tired. < slept for 8 hours in a row without waking up though. That hasn't happened < in a long time.

< also slept quite deeply. < failed to wake up as <'s mother left for school this morning, which is virtually unheard of. Then she didn't leave the radio on, so < had no idea how late it was when < did wake up.

It's kind of weird when it happens

In <'s case, < always wakes up after like 4 hours sleep then struggles to try get another hour or 2 but < slept through everything today

Just shows that < really was tired which explains why < felt a little stressed last night. < enjoyed that sleep

< thinks sleep can be a wonderful thing. Why today < had the strange sensation of getting up at least 7 times, and somehow still wound up getting a good night's sleep anyway.

< is getting a bit frustrated trying to get <'s mapping elements on <'s map, even though < is doing the controls correctly, < thinks. < wants to try and create something good.

For some reason Google Images doesn't work for <. Every other site including all of Google's other services work fine, but for some reason Images is bugged out. < can search for an image but < only sees the first 20 results, and the rest are solid colour boxes. On top of that, if < tries clicking on any of the results nothing happens. < can't enlarge any images or go to their source webpage.
<'s tried deleting all cookies, history and the cache, reinstalling Chrome, switching internet connections etc. but nothing works.

<'s certain <'s had this exact problem a long, long time ago and < has no idea how < fixed it or why it even occurs in the first place.

< wonders is ^ using JavaScript?

Not that < is aware of

< guesses <'ll just wait for it to fix itself... Hopefully...

< says there's a suggestion to turn that on but if ^ has never used it and it always worked, then that makes no sense. < wonders does it work on private mode?

< is working hard on practicing his recordings. < has finally gotten the hang of using Bandicam. < has tried other software, but < has failed to find one that works well enough for <. There might be other better ones out there so < might keep searching even after < finishes <'s first videos.

(< still can never get used to quiet times on the forum though...)

< has been trying to find out why <'s computer was hanging / freezing when trying to use the capture card and blaming windows 10. A BIOS update has just fixed it and < recorded a Rayman clip at 60fps to test it
