Well < still uses MS paint sometimes, but more often paint 3D since it's included in windows. Resizing sometimes makes a huge loss of quality though depending on what's used so < isn't too sure what the best option is.

< often uses Game Maker Studio's sprite editor to resize as it can do it pixel perfect at times, but < isn't sure if there's an alternative for that.

< has GameMaker so < used its image editing feature to reduce the size.

< has used it many times and still uses it along with paint 3D to make sigs. Speaking of which < doubled the size of <'s new sig and cropped it further instead

< is going out on a road trip for a couple hours. Just to pick up a kitten.

< just noticed a silly mistake with <'s rank and it's <'s own fault anyway, but < forgot to fix the transparency under Rayman's torso and at his hand. Kind of subtle though and not noticeable unless you zoom in. < doesn't mind though but just that < only noticed it

< finds the best thing to do is try ignore them, but that's easier said than done especially when someone is persistent enough to make 3 accounts and the staff can't simply ignore it since they have to deal with it
