When being eaten by a mini-jano, and when being grabbed by an Arm, both in the Cave of Bad Dreams.

Hmm, I think I didn't phrase the question right. Let me try again.

In most cases, Rayman normally evaporates into orbs, even when he's lost all health. There are some situations when Rayman has lost all health, that a unique animation plays just before he evaporates. Name two scenarios where a unique animation plays before he evaporates.

I'll allow reanswers, Ribshark and CHRdutch are free to answer again.

When drowning underwater health low enough that Rayman will die, and when entering pirahna infested water with health low enough that Rayman will die.

Correct, Rayman's body goes limp and floats to the surface should he drown with no health left. Likewise, when Rayman drowns in Piranha waters, he will claw at the surface, trying to get away, yelling, but ultimately, fails.

Wonder if someone needed a hug at Montpellier that day...:P

Anywho, point to Ribshark!

Question 4 - There's a discrepancy between the French and English stories about Jano's origin. What is this discrepancy?

In the French origin, Jano was created in Polokus' First Bad Dream, causing him to beget Jano. In the English origin, Polokus actually became Jano.

Question 5 - In the PC version of Rayman 2, when returning to the Hall of Doors, you get a save prompt. In most cases, the prompt has a swirling vortex background, when does it not have this background?

NOTE - I'm referring specifically to the save scenario when returning to the Hall of Doors from a level, not through the main menu!

I'm referring to this screen:

Indeed, it shows up after you've collected a mask from finishing a level, and returned to the Hall of Doors. However, there is a situation, where returning from a level will make that screen come up as normal, but with a different background. I'm asking about what that situation is.

You mean when the background is all black? I thought that was a bug and I have no idea when it happens... After The Echoing Caves maybe?

I'd say Rayman 1 since he can't go underwater?
If we ain't counting I'd say Rayman 3

Indeed, in the other games where Rayman could go underwater, he could either shoot or spin into enemies. Rayman 3 has Rayman use backflips. Still, creative use of his helicopter to navigate.

Point to Eren.

Scores:
RibShark - 2 points
Carrot-Master - 1 point
Fifo - 1 point
Rycoon - 1 point
Eren - 1 point

Question 7 - Name five airborne means of transportation from the series, name the transport, and where it featured in. Note, these are meant to be means of transport that Rayman can fly in, transports like the Hoodlum Balloon do NOT count, as Rayman does not use them (as far as I can remember).

There's the Super Helicopter hair from Raymans 1 and 2, the Propeller fatigue from rayman 3, Globox's Armaguiddon also in Rayman 3, a UFO in the Raving Rabbids minigame "Bunnies are not ostriches," and aircurrents in the UbiArt titles.
