Okay, understood <:Rulez wrote:Get on Facebook, buddy.sergiomonty wrote:Tomek, are you okay? you seem to complain a lot recently. But... like... more than usual, dude. What the fuck.
Most of the trailer was generic recycled garbage, except for a couple gags that were genuinely kind of funny. But aside from the fact that we know that the movie may exist in the future, the trailer told us absolutely nothing. Some may call it "intelligent" because it managed to hold up for a couple of minutes without giving away anything, but no, they just sort of went off on a random 'respect the artist' tangent.sergiomonty wrote:Despite my high respect for the series, am I the only one who thinks that the Ratchet & Clank Movie is gonna suck hard? or at least will not be as funny as most fans think it will be? I don't know, the trailer didn't convince me at all.
I think it's a bit early to make any kind of judgement, but I see no reason why it couldn't work. It's one of the most sensible game to movie adaptions I can think of.sergiomonty wrote: Despite my high respect for the series, am I the only one who thinks that the Ratchet & Clank Movie is gonna suck hard? or at least will not be as funny as most fans think it will be? Yeah, my friend Marklar has it on his Xbox - it was a downloadable at some point. I'll ask him about it and he may come back and tell you.Adsolution wrote:Whoa what?Shrooblord wrote:Did anyone ever see that Halo movie that came out a year or so ago?

Sergio, it was a teaser, not even a trailer.Adsolution wrote:Most of the trailer was generic recycled garbage, except for a couple gags that were genuinely kind of funny. Accurate point. I mean to say, the teaser looked good, leading me to at least think the movie could be good, it needs to have what the games cutscenes had, especially the great storyline of a Crack in Time. If you've seen the in-game cutscenes in Ratchet and Clank the game it's self feels like a movie. I think if the company developing this movie emulates what the games cutscenes did, it will turn out well, I'm having my hopes up, unlike Sergio who is flat out saying it will suck. But who knows.Adsolution wrote:How can you say it looks good based off of a teaser? That's like stating that the economy is doing well because you found a dime on the floor.
