I can tolerate it but I can't over 30C
Everything under 30C I can.

Hey you know what, it's 04:19 deep in the night and the temp is still above 30 degrees. Currently it's 35 degrees celsius.OldClassicGamer wrote:I can tolerate it but I can't over 30C

That's the kind of temperature that gives me a horrible migraine.

Re: How's the weather?
It's shifting between 27 and 31 degrees, and while I've begun to be able to tolerate more than before, only by the tiniest bit. It's still complete and utter hell.
Re: How's the weather?
Fuck, come on over for some 36-37C! You'd figuratively die.Adsolution wrote:It's shifting between 27 and 31 degrees, and while I've begun to be able to tolerate more than before, only by the tiniest bit. It's still complete and utter hell.

Re: How's the weather?
That kind of temperature I've only experienced once, and boy was it hell.
Re: How's the weather?
A nice 71 degree day here where I live.

Re: How's the weather?
It was 71 degrees in here too. Inside the pan I just cooked dinner with.
I never really understood the difference between Fahrenheit/Celsius exactly, basically because Fahrenheit also 'scales' differently than Celsius does; 1 degree Celsius =/= 1 degree Fahrenheit, if I've got my facts straight.

The way I see it, this is a Metric forum just as much as it is an English forum. Rid yourself of this despicable Fahrenheit nonsense!Bradandez wrote:A nice 71 degree day here where I live.
The Celsius scale is 1.8 times larger than the Fahrenheit scale. Freezing at Fahrenheit is 32 degrees, and they both intersect at -40. Fahrenheit is very fucking stupid compared to Celsius, and Celsius also works on the same scale as Kelvin.Shrooblord wrote:I never really understood the difference between Fahrenheit/Celsius exactly, basically because Fahrenheit also 'scales' differently than Celsius does; 1 degree Celsius =/= 1 degree Fahrenheit, if I've got my facts straight.

How about screwing both and work in Kelvin?

Re: How's the weather?
For me celsius is the only one. I don't see why america must launch their farenheit while worldwide everyone just uses the simple celsius.

Re: How's the weather?
It would be awkward having to refer to degrees constantly within the 200-300 range and never below. Celcius is our Kelvin, simply shifted to make our lives easier. Besides, the math is easy: C - 273.15 = K.Serza5 wrote:How about screwing both and work in Kelvin?
The only reason Fahrenheit exists is because during the industrial revolution, when they measured pressure dials in degrees, 32º would be freezing and 212º was boiling, putting them 180º apart. Clearly, there was no forethought when creating this system.
Re: How's the weather?
Oh now it's 81 degrees.Adsolution wrote:The way I see it, this is a Metric forum just as much as it is an English forum. Rid yourself of this despicable Fahrenheit nonsense!Bradandez wrote:A nice 71 degree day here where I live.
Re: How's the weather?
The only acceptable is Celcius!!!! Else, it's fucking 390284 Rulezheits here and it makes more sense than Fahrenheit
Re: How's the weather?
Same goes with these freaking feet, inches, miles and whatever the fuck are all those retarded measurement things used in America.
Re: How's the weather?
Fuck I barely know Celsius and Kelvin, how in the bloody fuck should I remember Rulezheits.

Metric, superior, Imperial, inferior.

Re: How's the weather?
This is true, but there is one exception: The imperial pint, which has the awesome property of making standard servings of beer in pubs bigger.GNineify wrote:Same goes with these freaking feet, inches, miles and whatever the fuck are all those retarded measurement things used in America.

Re: How's the weather?
Temperatures are at high 20s again, and with the rain, it's becoming unbearably humid.
