I had almost all of my videos ID tagged once by Namco Bandai, but you can escape it via a loophole which is Section 17 of Fair Use.

As long as you legally own the game, you can use the gameplay for/with criticism or comment/commentary etc.

Have a look, because I'm certain you don't have to suffer this. Dispute one video, at least, and see what happens.
