There are 2 turret parts in the armaguiddon level. The first one is at a set of gears and the second one is at a set of breakable towers.
There's also a turret segment at the last phase of the final boss.

The Armaguiddon levels in Rayman 3 (The Tower of the Leptys).
The part with the controllable machine in the Rayman 2 2D Prototype level.
The Boss Biditank battle.

1) If you hit them while they're using a balloon to reach the ground, they will inflate and explode
2) In the tower of the Leptys there's a segment in which you must use a lot of balloons while the Hoodlums shoot at you, if you hit a Balloon while an hoodlum is on it they're going to fall and die.
