Thunderstorms are common as shit here. I've never seen an aurora. I've never seen an active volcano. I've never (?) seen a tornado. I've never seen an actual whirlpool outside of toilets, and fuck I would rather not.

It's bullshit and worse than Hitler. At least Hitler was succesful and he had a massive number of followers and supporters, so my absurd statement actually holds true because who the fuck thinks youtube's doing a good job right now?

Right, but try to view it from another persons point of view. Some people want a fresh layout in which there subscribers can easily navigate, I've never had a problem with youtubes past updates, even though a LOT of people hated it- I liked it. This one channel layout is ugly it looks like a clustered mess.

I'd never win the prize of best channel background, but I certainly did like having the option of making my channel my own.

I meant honest opinions. And while I know some/most (?) obeyed Hitler because of fear, there was still a lot of the ones who just respected him.

I felt like reminiscing, but the oldest channel design I could find was this:

It is the BETA channel layout, I know, my time on YouTube doesn't go as far back as to prior that design, but even then, the BETA design gave a lot more freedom, and personalisation to our channels than both the Cosmic Panda and One Channel design ever did and will.

Something about that old design of Haruka's channel- it just the channel as a whole- it makes me feel so at home, a little odd the way it's organized, but still...

Remember when we had YouTube friends? In addition to subs? It was a nice system.
And we could change almost every aspect in our channels, from the placement of the different boxes, to what was shown in the main video window, we could change background, layout and the colour of our framing.
Each channel looked unique, ever since Cosmic Panda, unique seems to be the dying trend, we had the dismal grey and white channels, and now we've got clinical white with a banner.

No, like I said I really didn't have a problem with youtubes previous updates, but the new one channel is just bland- the exact definition of it. Bland, boring, and un-inspired.

What really pisses me off about Youtube is how they concentrate on all those boring looks yet don't bother to fix any glitches ie the inbox glitch and the one where if someone deletes a reply to someone the original comment goes (people got offended at ME thanks to others doing this buuuuh). The layout Master posted here was WAY better.
