He just said 'I must have swallowed something bad for me', so I think Clark swallowed some parts from a Robo Pirate.

Unsure. Rayman lives in a world of fantasy. (In Rayman 2 though, the last cutscene on the Prison Ship, Rayman says he takes them back to Earth...)

Maybe when Clark downs the elixir, it shifts the bolt.
