I've never really tried or learned to make poached eggs. Guess I got something new to try! Those runny yolks look amazing.
I've made bœuf bourguignon before so I might try those eggs too

As another staple of Burgundian cuisine, I definitely recommend them!

Boiled for me.. To be frank, i’m not actually a big fan of them, i just eat them frequently. I did love them back then, but now they kind of lost their flavor. As for the others, i didn’t try them out yet, prolly because i just don’t like eggs very much anyways. Or maybe someone’s being too picky, perhaps!
The only egg dish i like is omelette, and even then, it’s not pure egg at all
On the topic of eggs, i always see people talking how much they like the white part and dislike the yellow part, which i totally don’t understand. The white part makes me a tad sick, whereas the yellow part actually feels nice to eat.. Man, i just don’t get it.

Yuck, i don’t like my boiled eggs like that! The boiled eggs i eat are hard-boiled, and don’t have that that gooey, weird stuff..

Oh, if it you can pick it up with a fork, then that’s quite nice. Most boiled eggs we have in the UK are pretty grim, despite it being a key component of the English Brek

Jk of course, but a lot of people think negatively on you if you eat certain food with your hands (even when it’s easily possible, man I can’t wait for this generation to take over and get rid of this culture).

I like the yolk best in an egg, and of course not hard-boiled, it just ruins it to me, like eating a steak well done. That's why I prefer poached eggs!

I've never really been fond of runny yolk, it feels messy to me, I think scrambled or hard-boiled tends to be the preferred approach for me as a consequence.

Yeah, that does sound pretty bad. Thankfully, my country doesn’t mind eating with hands at all.. Expect, maybe attempting to eat a salad with your hands or something.

Poached eggs are cultured?

I prefer my boiled eggs to be somewhere in between hard-boiled and just straight runny. Like soft-boiled but still quite jammy.

And yet of the two kinds of eggs i have yet to try, poached is somehow one of them (the other is deviled eggs).
