I believe it was well received overall, so I think it's likely that a second season will come out at some point. Of course, there's probably a lot of other considerations at stake, so only time will tell!

I'm pretty sure this was discussed at length before, that was the community manager for that game replying "in-character" to some complaints from Rayman fans, from the point of view as Eden as a totalitarian organization and as a reference to its replacement of Rayman by some kind of clone in the series.
Needless to say, hordes of angry fans completely missed the joke and this resulted in some serious backlash. The CM should probably have been more careful on this one!

Given the Rayman community's proven track record of taking all sorts of jokes and references way too literally, I can only agree with that.
