Two minutes is longer than you think... It could feel like it though, even if it's 'only' ten seconds. But anyway, operating system doesn't matter much for speed. What determines it is your internet connection, and for a reasonably big part, how good your computer is. And if you still use IE, GET FIREFOX. It will help a big deal too.

My dad has Firefox, but that's only on his computer, which he doesn't let me use.

I use Opera, that's also a Netscape related browser, it works great! Everything better then IE of course!

Well, I'm still happy with it.

Well, Opera also supports javascripts, more then Firefox..

You don't always have to use it. I use IE to check my e-mail, because it loads hotmail faster for some reason. But Firefox is still better for most sites.

All webpages will load faster, even this forum! So just forgot IE and use Firefox!

He's right, Firefox doesn't load again most pages. But pages with sound (background sound or embed insert) don't work with Firefox...

Well, I'm using Firefox now, and God, it is much faster.

Anyways, always keep IE for pages that aren't supported by Firefox.
