Huh, still not fond of how "plasticy" they look, but not bad.

I'm honestly not sure why the Wii version of Origins wasn't included in the "Appears in" thing, it'd be a much better representative. :p

Possibly so Nintendo could go "hey, you know what, we have a game for you on the 3DS too!"

Something about Rayman's trophy model... I don't know I'm not a huge fan, but the Globox and Barbara trophies are really well made.

I was just replying about this right now. Why represent Rayman Origins with the shittiest version? Damn it, Nintendo!

In honesty, the previous model looked way better. I wished they kept that one instead. Though I am really happy that not only did Globox get a trophy, but Barbara did too.

I think they should have given him a more Rayman 3-ish look. 'Twas my favourite of all the Rayman character designs.

Hmm, the R3 and RO/RL designs are pretty similar, I think keep the RO look, but use R3's texture style, I think that might have looked a little more organic. Either that, or try a cell-shaded look, the flatness of colours mixed with the shiny shading gives off that plastic clay-like feel.

I guess it's supposed to, seeing as they're trophies. I would've liked a different pose on Rayman though.

But it's an iconic pose for Rayman! Well, I think it is.

Smash thus far has been pretty fucking awesome, I got one amiibo with it (The Link one), and I've played few online matches, a pretty good start with 22 wins and 4 losses. I'm working on classic mode with all characters, which will take me a while. The event mode is so fucking awesome in this also.

At least Rayman hasn't got the LSD mode anymore. But still, the model could have been better.

Rayman Origins was released in Japan only on 3DS, PC, Vita and PS3. Thats why.

Anyways, I made this:

Globox's model is really, really good. I think they should have used the Barbara model from the CGI trailer though, this one feels a little too blobby.

I played some Smash with my brother yesterday, and it was awesome. I only got about forty-five minutes in, but it was a privileged forty-five minutes. He's holding a party today, and we'll all be doing eight-player Smash!

You can do eight-player Smash on one console?

Yeah, it's a new thing for Smash Wii U, if memory serves though, it's only local multiplayer that goes that far, right?

Yes, it's only local multiplayer.
