< has never been overly competitive about stuff but losing to dirty tactics or cheaters always annoyed < and that has clearly showed in the last month
< will play a game like that for fun with people and if < loses then < doesn't care because it was fun playing. Games like Fortnite (< doesn't play that anymore) are overly competitive ones and are more about winning than fun so < doesn't play it. < will not play a game if < isn't enjoying playing it since the whole point of video games are for enjoyment.
< would love if people would actually play those DS games on multiplayer with < again, but in reality < is much older than < once was. If < was to fix <'s sisters DS then maybe she'd play it again one day for old times sake
But yeah < doesn't see the point of being overly competitive about anything, whether if be a game or a contest for fun, < just wants to participate and have fun (which < couldn't when there was cheating and tactics going on). As long as it's not being played for money, < has no idea why anyone would get overly competitive about what is supposed to be a bit of fun. If < loses something and the winner won fair and square then < had fun and congratulates the winner, on the other hand if they were to use tactics and cheat, then < isn't very happy about it because that wasn't a very nice thing to do and ruins all of the fun.
Cheaters never win, winners never cheat
And that is a huge part of why < ranted last week, though <'s frustrations were fuelled by other things too. < hopes everyone understands that from <'s point of view
