< has been thinking about what paintings to exhibit for UKM (youth's culture assembly) this year... I need to have my set-up ready soon and send in my application. D: And then I need my teacher to show me how to make paspartouts or whatever they are called. I can't afford proper frames. : > I'm poor. I spent all my money on ink, games and comics. *shot* Also, aquarelles are best viewed without anything inbetween the eye and the painting, I believe. I have adopted this belief because it is kind to my wallet.
Anyways, I'm going to exhibit these two which I haven't been able to scan yet because I'm a dork. And then this, and probably this and maybe maybe this one.
The arrangers will hate me for picking pictures in so uneven sizes, lol. They range all the way from A4s to credit-card-size.

Looking back, < thinks she paints too much night-scenes/stargazing people or moons playing poker and eating cigars.

< will go to bed now, <'s been practicing with the band all of today and yesterday, so I'm sleepy and tired now. Band musicians don't ever have weekends. : <
Next weekend I'm going away with my other band again to this other island where they have cows and sheep and stuff, for some fun and practice (we're going to learn defiling oh joy), cut of from the normal world where comfortable beds actually exist, where ten youths sleeping on the same inflatable two-man matress is not normal, you shower alone, go to sleep at sensible times and people don't wake you up by beating snare drums violently half past seven o'clock in the morning.
Three days. No net, which I can make it without for sure. I am mostly concerned about not being able to paint. I'm getting addicted to it. I've been painting at least a little every day in two weeks now. 8( Maybe it's the accidentically consumed ink that addict me (I sometimes (often) dip my brush into my teacup instead of the rinsing water because I'm an idiot). Or the smell of the Tria-markers.
I probably would be able to paint, but the kids would disturb me and be annoying. ): The guys my age would probably disturb me too, but in a not-annoying way but still. I make such a mess when I work so I think I'll have to take a break that weekend.

< is annoyed with school for letting me know so late when we have to hand in the final report of the lab experiments.
< only heard about it wednesday, and it turned out < has to hand it in this next monday
< is doing a pretty half-assed job at it

< is almost finished though, and < hopes it will be found okay at school at least
