The shoe kart is annoying in the Longest Shortcut. But luckily it's in the same room as the Lockjaw Challenge, my favorite challenge in the place!

I don't remember that particular challenge, or much of the Longest Shortcut at all, so I'll take your word for it; on the topic of Rayman 3, I find it strange that whenever I encountered a Heckler during my PS2 playthrough, its theme never played. I guess the game was so set on the fact that it was usually blocking the way that it used a different song instead.
