As someone who rarely uses Google's services, and who has no Gapps on their phone, < was quite bemused at the assertion by a journalist on the radio this evening that Huawei's phones will be "useless" if they're forced to sell them with no Google apps. < wouldn't be surprised if they saw it as an opportunity to attempt to develop meaningful competition, especially since they're already using their "Emui" spin rather than plain old "Android". < does acknowledge that it would be very difficult to do that successfully though. Still, it'd be funny if they managed to encourage westerners to start using Baidu or something…

< was thinking of doing so and wasn't 100% sure, but it's probably a good idea since it's a big thing in Rayman news. May he rest in piece.

May he forever be in our hearts.

Yeah < was pretty upset about this since < played Rayman 1 a lot as a kid and always loved the music too. The game and it's amazing soundtrack is a big part of <'s childhood, and < still loves the game just and soundtrack just as much to this day. < will always love the amazing work Rémi has done, and it seems that he was nice enough to talk to others on this forum in the past too. < was even wondering if he'd ever compose music for another Rayman game if another one was released, but unfortunately it wasn't to be. < just hopes he didn't suffer too much and wishes all the best for his family.

< is a bit flustered about this after a read about it today.
Hearing a Rayman 1 song would now make < feel hurt after hearing this.

Same, when < heard about it yesterday it's like there was this brick wall of shock and woe in me.... it was awful to hear it because he made one of my favorite soundtracks of the Rayman series and he was such a great composer.
And < had such a great day too since <'s birthday was celebrated yesterday and we had grilled chicken breasts, Hungarian wax spicy pepper and BBQ sauce, it was amazing! And then < heard this. This definitely made <'s day very bad. Why did he have to go so quickly! < didn't even have a chance to meet him and hear his masterpieces on his Rayman by Rémi Live Project, and that would've been great!
May you rest in peace Rémi, you will be remembered and you will go down as one of the greatest composers of the Rayman series.

< was pretty sad and upset most of the day yesterday over Gazel’s death. He composed much of the music to one of the first video games < ever liked and got hooked on. < was glad to have friends online to talk to yesterday about it though, it really helped < get through < day, considering < had just woken up when < heard.
Remi, your musical masterpieces will always be remembered and a small part of you will always be in our hearts. May you rest in peace.

Omg < had just realised < didn't write "rest in peace", but "rest in piece" by accident because < thought < wrote it correctly f the first time. It's fixed now though. Yeah sometimes stuff like that happens to me because of my brain.

Huh? < doesn’t get it. What the heck does a phone have to do with a woodworking tool???
Just kidding, I know you’re referring to a wireless router.

< is pretty unfit and < just cycled about 14km. On the way there it was uphill against wind. <'s exhausted and <'s chest hurts.

< is really enjoying playing GTA vice city stories. Though it feels weird playing this game with keyboard.
< has every part of the map available. < is hitting up the Biker's business sites before heading towards the Sharks'.
< likes the Sharks anyway because of that gang vehicle they have.

< Wishes things will finally calm down, as far as the weather is concerned. Nearly 1,000 tornado reports within the entire nation here in the United States this year. Plus a lot of excessive rain causing a lot of flooding issues.
