< still remembers how slowly < used to type as a child. Less than a character per second!

< does remember being like that too actually, where < would have to look for each letter just because they're not in alphabetical order.

Haha, exactly!

Muscle memory does so much work for us, eh?

< hopes PluMGMK’s now happy.

< noticed that ^ didn't obey the game rules. :mefiant:

< blew the dust off of two more games in <'s Steam library this weekend: HL2Ep1 yesterday (first time since 2014) and Portal 2 today (first time since 2016; also happened to be the game's anniversary today). < only now realizes that they're roughly the same length, despite the fact that one is a short "episode" and the other is a full game. < also noticed that < hadn't unlocked any achievements in Portal 2 since 2011, till today when < unlocked the one for putting a turret on a Faith Plate, which is so simple that < should have unlocked it in 2011. :boon: Also, <'s new headcanon is that Laszlo from HL2 was heavily involved in designing Wheatley.

< has been watching a darts tournament where the players have to stream from their own homes. It's interesting that they actually decided to do this, every other sport was basically completely cancelled.

That just reminded < of this scene in Monk:

Haha.

< is still trying to adapt to touch typing, there's a lot more to it. < thinks it's a bit similar to learning piano, in the way that you remember where the keys are by muscle memory.

< is reminded of the time someone came over to talk to < in the office and < was in the middle of composing an email. < looked up at the guy who had come over, without stopping the email, because < was so certain of what < had to say that < could finish typing it without looking or even concentrating. < is rarely that decisive, but just that once it was pretty impressive to the people around <. :fou: < probably won't see the inside of that office again until next year…

< stayed up last night binge-watching movies on the telly, against <'s better judgement…

< finds it difficult to touch type on different keyboards since they all bloody change their layouts in the most minute but infuriating ways, <'s ok for the most part but < does make typos when switching

< is really pleasantly surprised to see ^^!

< doesn't miss those awful wireless keyboards in the conference rooms. Those keys are so big and… roundy… < has lost count of how many times < said "I hate this keyboard" in the middle of meetings.

< thinks it's nice to hear from ^^^.

< is still trying to progress with it, though what you're saying does make sense. < thinks it would most likely be laptop keyboard layouts that would make it more awkward too.

< always finds it cool to hear from older members such as ^^^^.

< is glad to hear ^ is getting some progress with ^'s touch typing.

< wonders if this is the original Master, since there are so many accounts in this site with the same name .

It's so amazing to see that Master is back, < says! :D

And < knows this has been said already, but it's true that it's always nice to see older members of the forum make a comeback. :)

< was never able to talk to him when < first showed up around here, but < is pretty sure he is the real Master.

This the point < makes a really dated Eminem reference? 😝

Yeah, it's <, seeing as we're all locked down, < felt like dropping by, hope all you dudes are well and staying safe.

Check the character codes between < and the clones, they were made as a prank by a fellow member, to show how you could have multiple users with the same visual name.
