QUESTION 22 - What does the infamous "Warthog Run" refer to?

Completing Halo with a warthog even though the latter part of the game is supposed to be innaccessible to vehicles?

Isn't that the ending of Halo 1, where you have to drive a warthog while escaping the crumbling base?

That was my first guess, but I'm failing to see why it would be infamous.

Isn't it when you walk on a narrow sidewalk and this huge pig comes up opposite you, so you try to let it pass, but it just keep standing there dumbfounded, then you shrug and continue walking, then it freaks out and starts running away from you across the highway, almost getting hit by 3 different cars?

It's (and the Warthog Run in Halo 3, which I'd have also accepted is) a well regarded setpiece in gaming, but I appreciate that the way I viewed it may not have been best suited to the wording.
