Re: The You Game!
< working for planning of next translation to Russian after Rayman 1 Intro and translation of Playstation version.
Also < tried find a way to translate version for PC (Rayman Forever GOG version), but after day, when .LNG decoder was removed from Rayman Control Panel < dunno how to work with that file and need to find a way to change the font to your own. < want to translate that version too because that game have voice effects alike Rayman that breaks the "fourth wall", Magician's "Perfect!", Taraysan, Musican and Joe quotes when we meet 'em.
< think after < first success with translation of PS1 version, where < edit only text from "Foxes" unnoficial translate < can create my own for PC and after - work with another Rayman games and some another media.

Re: The You Game!
< just remembered that < had found that it does that with certain hex numbers too. So apparently phpBB does some parsing, independent of the smiley system, to make emoji (not emoticons) out of certain character sequences between colons
< needs to find out more about this…

Re: The You Game!
< has come back to Ireland again. < is also a year older today. It feels weird every time the number increments.

< just checked Elon Musk's last tweets
< heard that he told employees that "The economic picture ahead is dire."
< wanted to create a Twitter account, but now < will wait and see what happens.

< was shocked to read this line in <'s Irish Times Sunday digest:
For those who don't know, the word is "umbrage"
This is what JK Rowling has done to a generation of writers!Michael McDowell also took umbridge over comments […]

Re: The You Game!
< was amused by this little juxtaposition in the TV schedule:
< would actually have liked to watch Tenet to see what all the fuss was about, but it's been on over an hour now so there's no way < would catch up
Re: The You Game!
< is preparing a pasta salad for new year's eve. It will have shrimps, pineapple, tomatoes, bellpepper and gherkins to remind of the long gone summer, because fuck winter and fuck 2022. On to better pastures!
Re: The You Game!
< recently passed <'s Python exam. < got really lucky to do so, as the exam had time limit and < was unaware of how little time was remaining. < got a 5 minute warning with on question 28 of 38, and < just panicked while trying to answer as many questions as < could, barely even taking the time to process what < was reading. < managed to get to question 35 but didn't get to answer it, so basically < had 3 unanswered questions, with about 7 panic answers that weren't properly thought out, and another couple of questions had been marked for review but < clearly didn't get to review them.
Overall though, < passed! < was expecting to fail and just rebook it, so seeing "pass" on the screen made < so excited!

Re: The You Game!
< congratulates Steo on passing his exam!
< sees ^^^ is doing well with ^^^'s learning.
< is planning to start returning to the library this week as part of <'s routine again. < has always gotten more motivation to do work there than at home where < usually ends up slacking off (which has honestly been a problem for < for years).
< recently tried a HIIT workout. < only did it for 10 minutes but it left < in pain on the legs (< guess doing 40 squats is still a little much for <). < seems to prefer this and doing workout videos over going to the gym or walking in the park.
