On mature reflection, < thinks it's more "worry" we're missing than "fear". < thinks we could poach some smileys from BG&EMyth: for worry, and for thinking. < isn't sure if they're exactly right though…

< will be travelling back to Ireland again. < has to wait in the airport overnight with <'s partner since there weren't any trains early enough in the morning to catch our flight. < hopes < and <'s partner can pass the time while sitting around.

< remembers an evening spent in Heathrow in mid-2019, reading The Economist and posting messages all over <'s employer's bug-tracker (for lack of any real work to do)

Yeah, it's more "doubtful" really. < now reckons maybe good old would do for "thinking"!

< interprets our own as more of a thinking then eureka smiley, so there is probably still need for one that thinks... and hasn't found anything yet.

< wonders if we could just shorten it to leave out the "eureka" bit. Then we'd probably have to recolour and/or laterally reflect it to make sure people don't mix them up!

< finds posting emoji too much effort compared to typing an easy-to-remember textual smiley code

< knows that Windows + . is the keyboard shortcut to use emojis, but < still prefers using smilies just like the old times

< didn't know that, but < doesn't use Windows anyway (except at work, where that knowledge might come in handy ). There's probably an equivalent shortcut on Gnome, but < uses the Luakit browser which isn't exactly Gnome-integrated.

< also likes smileys because they're old-school, like ^!

< is curious about how does that Luakit browser work as it has read that name for the very first time in ^'s post. < searched on the Internet some videos about it and all < has seen are guys typing commands everywhere and at that point < doesn't even think it's a usual web browser like Mozilla, Chrome, Opera...

< says it's a keyboard-driven Vim-like browser. So yeah, it's not usual

< did use the "Windows + ." shortcut at work today to put the emoji equivalent of in an email. So, thanks again for the tip!

< thinks that's an option, though it's probably easier to find an existing smiley; there has to be quite a few out there!

< and <'s partner went to a wedding yesterday, it was a lot of fun even though travelling is effort.
