Tobacco does not have relaxing properties since it is a stimulant. The apparent sensation of "relief" felt when smoking a cigarette is due to the suppression of withdrawal symptoms produced by the lack of nicotine in the brain. < doubts ^ would have relaxed smoking a single cigarette considering ^ isn't a smoker

Heck, < even uses hypodermic needles often and < refuses to even think of taking recreational drugs.

< suspects you wouldn't get addicted from one try especially if you're already predisposed against them. < has tried <'s friends' vapes on many occasions but has never had the urge to buy one <'sself. < says you're not missing much though, the sensation is like getting orthostatic hypotension while breathing in a haribo.

< needs to motivate <self too to get back to studying programming and cyber security, but < gets so distracted by other things < wants to do that < kinda just forgets about it and that's been a problem for < for years tbh....< still has work to do on balancing <'s hobbies.

God < hates those. < had one done recently <self and even though < was somewhat dehydrated the nurse drawing < didn't seem to know what she was doing so a second nurse had to help. < had a 20-gauge Vacutainer needle in <’s left arm. < barely felt the poke despite the needle’s large gauge!

< has basically just pulled a 24-hour day

Now maybe if < could repeat that in 48 days' time, we might perform decently on this year's RD…

< wishes ^ and ^^^ good luck with their strategies! < isn’t going to be pulling any all-nighters since < would like to retain <‘s decent sleep schedule!
Gives < flashbacks to the first RD < participated in where < got a large gallon of Arizona green tea and just continued drinking it every hour. < survived the night but afterwards < just felt like crap even after resting. Though, < thinks Steo was probably feeling much worse than < was after RD. :p

The other day < got up at 5:40, which is a respectable hour. Getting up at 23:00 for RD… might be another matter!
