It's not just Carmen that disappeared after R2, a whole batch did. Clark, Sssam, Ly, Bzzit and Baby Globoxes for instance.

Ssssam still appears in Rayman 3 GBA, Ly does still appear in R3 GBA and RRR GBA and the baby globoxes appear in the arena in RRR

However, only Carmen simply stops her travel in cave without even good-bye, right?

Yes, but she came back when you revist the level!
You never meet Carmen on other places becuase there is no way out from the Whale Bay!
Or maybe it's other ways that Carmen swim after Rayman beat the level!

There's a statue of Ssssam in Razoff's mansion along with statues of his other 'prey'. Could be a sign...?

And ofcourse.... everyone forgot Polokus.... they dont even say hes name in R3 (not saying that Polokus really needs to be in another game because i hate him)

I think the part where you hide in the bush to sneak into the fortress in The Canopy is a reference to Metal Gear Solid, where you hid in boxes or barrels.

Well, we knew pirates where dangerous, but now we know that they're very dumb too. I mean, if i would try to sneak out of the prison the guards wouldn't say "It's just a huge nosed bush"

If you like that, you should see the best part in the game.

The bit where you have to rescue the baby Globoxes.

In Revolution she reappears outside the entrance to TSOSAF.

When you go along there the first time, without Carmen, I think you get squashed by a giant pink tentacle...

They would have put the 'soft' in 'Ubisoft' if you know what I mean...

I don't know.

It's where you have to put the baby Globox inside the window. The path is along a bridge above it.
