< has been tinkering with the new Pi recently, and < is happy enough with it. The fan doesn't seem to even make any noise, at least not unless it's under a lot of load < assumes.

< would like to point out Fifo would be wrong as Jonster uses mobile

Yeah, cats like to do things like this. It even happens at <'s gf's place where the cats just go where they want, even if it's right where your computer is.

< says thanks also. < is really happy with both the new phone and the Pi. There are a lot of simple things this phone has that the other one lacked, such as a fingerprint sensor embedded in the screen instead of a stupid one on the back. < is also happy that it's a 4nm CPU, so it uses less power and the battery lasts longer.

< reassures everyone that < drank plenty of fluids before donating, <'s veins are just notoriously shy. Always have been, probably always will.
Either way, < feels fine now after letting <'s arms rest.

Too bad < couldn't petition Hunch to create a special Reese rank for <. Tried rank petitions on April Fools before when < was an admin here, it didn't work. (Realistic goal < does have is the Rayman 3 rank at least!)

< recalls that Hunch has had the unique rank he's had for as long as < has been here. Maybe one of these days Steo could petition as well for holding the Steo rank on a more permanent basis (the green variation, which at this point < has associated with him).

< does like the rank, and it got to the point people think it's me when they see it.

Also yeah, and it would be cool to have some emotes like that here. < also tried that with wanting a green Globox rank, but < didn't get that either. < at least had it for record day though.


That being said, < should have made the green just ever so slightly darker to match the one < uses on Discord.

Yeah, people often just see me < as a green Globox at this point. Even before < seen <'s gf, even she said she just feels like she's talking to a green frog and not a person.

Maybe some day it will be <'s turn to petition for a permanent green Globox rank.

< has certainly done so in the past before, in fact, < remembers when Hunchman used to use banners in his posts a long time ago even.

< thinks the quirky little banners reminds < a lot of fond memories on Neopets/Neoboard forums. Good times.

< can appreciate ^'s fond memories of those forums ^ had gone to. < certainly got a lot of fond memories out of seeing these little banners again. < knows that Hunch removed them from the old posts at some point in the past.

Goodness, forums sure had an interesting era back in the day, didn't they? Anyone remember when glitter effect animations were big on signatures back then? < doesn't see that capability on the likes of Discord or general social media.

< actually recalls seeing these in some really old posts, ones that were so old that they don't even have topic titles in the messages.

If < remembers correctly, that was due to the transition between phpBB 2x to 3x.

< knew those days were when Hunch used them the most in, and sometime later he stopped. It seemed like a lot of effort to keep doing.
