Hmm, <'s never had a cheesy fish bake, is it like a shepards/cottage pie but with a fish of some variety?

It is in fact a "Responsibly sourced cod mornay, 2 fillets by Sainsbury's". It's basically some rectangular pieces of cod covered in some sort of cheesy liquid that apparently constitutes 70% of my daily saturated fat... And breadcrumbs on top. I'm clearly no ambassador, but they are very tasty!

Are you a leave them until they're soft kinda guy, or an eat them while they're crunchy kinda guy? Personally I think cornflakes can be quite exciting in that regard

Yes < suspects so, the main ingredients are cheese, cream and flour so that sounds bout right. < wonders how they can manage to pack so many saturates into a seemingly innocent meal
