< was discussing TLOU over lunch at work the other day (probably because < mentioned this same article). < has never played / watched that but is somewhat familiar with the premise. < hadn't realized that some people actually do eat cordyceps as some kind of supplement – given what < knows about BSE / CJD, that feels a little like playing with fire, although the infection mechanism is qualitatively different
