tfw you now feel bad for apparently playing the worst version, even though Rayman DS is by far the worst...
Play whatever version you own of course. The idea here is just that it’s ported from Dreamcast originally.

Play what you want! No need for others to tell you otherwise!
This is true, though nobody is telling them they
have to play this version. We’re just mentioning that the Dreamcast version is the original, and 3D is a port of it with bugs. It’s still fine if that’s what others have. Dreamcast is objectively better than 3D and that’s not an opinion, as 3D is a somewhat stripped down port of the Dreamcast version with some issues. However, that doesn’t mean one can’t enjoy it or that they should “feel bad” for playing it.

What Steo said, my ire isn't towards anyone for playing that version of the game, my ire is towards the game itself for being badly done and diminishing the intended experience for anyone who'd want to try the game out.
I apologise for the harshness, I wasn't trying to make folks feel bad.
Tfw you want to go back to bed but have to be up in about an hour anyways so you have to wonder if there's any point trying.

There is a point in getting up, it's called seizing your destiny!
tfw you just quoted Dunban from Xenoblade 1 (he says "seize your destiny" or whatever fgvdfghs)

tfw you're having a good sleep, and the alarm goes off.

tfw you show your student how to assemble something twice, then he does it once – and the one he did works, but the ones you did are DoA

tfw Amazon say they're going to deliver your packages today, but one doesn't arrive (the same thing happened last week).

tfw Amazon delivers your package to the wrong house
Didn't happen to me but I've heard it's happened to other people in the neighborhood.

It's definitely happened with certain couriers all right, and Amazon once did it with a package I had my uncle order for me. He wondered why they never called, then he realised it was marked as delivered. He checked and they'd sent him a picture of the package behind a flower pot. He sent me it and said "that's not my garden, since when is my front door blue?".
He found it anyway, they'd left it at a house around the corner with the same number, even though it was a different estate.

tfw you're sleeping, and the dog decides to bark in the early morning hours, like an hour before the alarm is supposed to go off.

tfw you keep waking up after about 4 hours sleep and spend ages each day trying to go back to sleep. Today I just got up even though I really have no energy at all. Waste of time staring at the ceiling for 4 hours just to eventually sleep all afternoon.

Tfw you are reminded of the other day when you were almost back to sleep when you suddenly remembered something that really pissed you off and ended up wide awake.

So sorry this happened. Hope you drink lots of Vitamin C and feel better soon.
tfw you spend hours looking for the PC game you were remembering.

tfw you go to "take a picture for the report" and fall through the ground.
It's a good thing I saved the game in the next room just beforehand. I can say that it's clear the 20th anniversary edition of BG&E is clearly more stable than the "HD" version.

tfw you go to bed
early only to have the worst night of trying to sleep at all due to sickness... things settled around 3am to 4am where I could actually sleep a little bit...
But yeah, I've got orange juice I've been drinking on... so I'm running on very little sleep between yesterday and today...

tfw you sleep too late and one of the dogs keeps barking very loud intermittently, so it's not much better.
