yeah, so it's probably just because of the greenwich meridian.

Our time zone is GMT+1 in France.

They always put the clocks back an hour at the start of winter, and forward an hour at the start of summer in England. I have no idea why.

we do that here too. but again, no idea why, daylight savings is a pain. suddenly your whole routine shifts so you're waking up an hour earlier, but it's actually the same time.

The purpose is simply to save power.

The time I go to bed is different each day, so I can't say I really have sleeping patterns.

i don't always go to bed at the same time, but i always get to slepp at about the same time.
