<'s always wondered, here in the UK we have a ton of cars from various places, but given how central the automotive industry is to Germany, does ^ see many cars other than VWs/Mercs/Beemers or the other german brands I can't think of rn?
And by all means, go off, enjoy your journey and share what brings ^ fun times.

< sees just a tad bit more of them than < sees in the UK, which is certainly surprising considering you’d imagine them to be a badge of honour to the Germans

< wonders what is that tower, exactly?

< isn’t very well informed about Germany’s landmarks, so that’s why < is asking.

It's finally 2025! Let's hope the new year goes well!
< rang in the new year by playing Smash 64 with their siblings, had a blast fighting CPU's and each other!

< has fond memories of playing it together all the time as kids at gatherings or holidays, like the time < went too hard into a forward smash attack and snapped the control stick mid-fight!
WPTheModder wrote: Wed Jan 01, 2025 3:12 pm
< knows that feeling... < used to be a minecraft fanatic but when < plays it now < is surprised and weirded out at all of the new stuff and controls
< did kind of get used to it after a while then < just stopped playing... minecraft is a boring game unless you have friends to play with
< really needs to learn how to play Minecraft someday, < feels like it's one of the few games they're not very knowledgeable in. < tends to grasp things quickly but not here.
< hopes to learn by playing with a sibling

It detects everything as a cheat program

even things as simple as MS Paint or the File Explorer.. Literal bane to <'s existence because < is always working on things
< knows how ^ feels, <'s web classes blocked all the fun stuff in later years. Originally <'s teachers knew next to nothing about internet safety or computers, and as < went through school, they started blocking everything < would spend their free time on and remotely controlling <'s mouse. <'s computer teachers were probably the least assertive of <'s teachers, so < had lots of free time to do nothing important as the assignments were braindead easy and could be done in under thirty minutes.
< holds onto Flashpoint nowadays as flash games were <'s boredom killer and helped < discover the flash sites of the old internet through the crazy creations of others. < has always been fascinated by flash games and animations. All made by different people and so many different design aesthetics from one to the next! < also finds the music of flash games very nostalgic.
< sounds like the security is a bit too high at ^'s school if normal programs are considered dangerous, as if ^'s computer is paranoid of ^ cheating

It's always amazing when a game beats you alive to the point where you can just breeze through it because of how many times you had to beat that dreaded level
< knows this all too well with that one R2 level where you're on the flying shell and you gotta go thru the ship

...And not to mention < is stupid and doesn't get clues so < has to pull up youtube all of the time
Merry 2025, all!
< knows that level 7 wasn't the only mishap and < got stuck as early on as level 2 as < didn't realize how important the slingshot was mechanically at that point. < didn't have many points of being stuck afterwards, and now doesn't get stuck at all unless a random nasty glitch catches < off-guard, like the one at level 5 where Cyprien got caught under the room and would keep respawning there so < could do nothing but hear them die repeatedly in the void under the floor until < ran out of lives
< remembers that part in the PS1 version of R2, was surprisingly hard to navigate visually as < recalls, and the janky wall hitboxes weren't much better. < wonders how it would be to replay PS1 R2 now, as < played only played it once to mess with the hidden prototype.
< hopes 2025 is off to a good start for everyone!

< also realizes that ^ must live in Europe! < finds that really cool.
< has a soft spot for Scotland because of a game they like and also finds pictures of the country to be very enchanting and beautiful! < would love to see Europe like ^ one day. < wonders how ^ is so well traveled!
< is from the USA and has been out of their home state a few times, though < hasn't traveled much at all for the last few years due to the pandemic and other happenings. < often thinks about traveling again or at least going to see <'s long distance best friend.

At least <'s "predictions" of the world ending in 2024 didn't come true!
