It's moreso the developers of the software and their atrociously exclaimed outlook on their customers; I would never pay a cent for their software. Nonetheless, the quality of the software is alright, but I really wouldn't recommend it for doing anything beyond understanding some logistic elements of programming. Doing anything more in it is wasted effort.

Kind of agree with Ad, Gamemaker is like, in the list of shit you should pirate, I think it personally does a horrid job at teaching people how to make games, but I've seen some decent games made with it.

Well, the creator of Crash Bandicoot N.Chanted and Tiki Quest didn't use pro version. He used lite version without pirating.

Ah, it's been resolved, many thanks.
So, now onto my second port of call, which is the Rayman 2 rank not having all of its corners rounded.
