Considering human body temperatures are meant to be about 37C, anything above that is going to be cause for concern without having cooling, <'d imagine. That's not getting into the topic of wet-bulb temperatures and the effect humidity can have on thermoregulation.

We of course have means of cooling to mitigate, but heatstroke and deaths from excess heat are a known phenomenon to be aware of, high temps aren't as benign as you might think.
