< spent the afternoon remaking very old drawings while watching the F1 Grand Prix while avoiding panic attacks. Like could get worse like this of course, but still not ideal.

< is definitely not a fan of anxiety / panic attacks. Even worse when they happen in a public place.

Yeah, <‘s on a wait list for an ADHD diagnosis at the moment.

< has also made the choice to take a break from tumblr until <‘s mental health is better.. because < is gonna be honest. It’s not great.
