I think the graphics like in Rayman 3 are fine. The landscape could get more detail tough.

I just want a good balance between gameplay and graphics. I think game developers are focusing to much on the most realistic graphics, and forget all about the gameplay. No, i don't want horribly ugly graphics, i want nice graphics, that are balanced with the gameplay.

I think the graphics in R3 were perfectly acceptable, however Ubisoft didn't choose to use them properly. Take the Tower for example, textures were just overused to an extent where everything viewable in the background was of that same pattern. Horrible.

Also in a few stages in HH, there were crates traveling across zip-wires that went through the walls.

Look in on them real close and they're just triangles in the sky.

People have probably noticed this before, but if you zoom in on the dancing teensies from a distance (FC) they're just standing still floating in the air swaying side-to-side. Meh.

I never said ANYTHING about realistic graphics.

I never said you said I did 8)

I want R4's graphics to be ridiculously good. I don't just want "nice" graphics, I want the best[/b] graphics, in any game, ever. Same goes for gameplay and music.

And be "best" I do not mean "realistic". Far from it...

Well in this[/b] day in age, I'm sure we'll get excellent graphics that meet your needs.

I'm actually sick of bad graphics aswell, especially with the Wii. TV party was so bad, I stopped playing after a day and I was put off from the 3D games.

It'd be cool if it had graphics like in Assassin's Creed but obviously adapted to suit the fantasy universe they're in.

I agree on you there. The Wii has nice hardware, nice enough to support at least fluid 3D graphics.
