That statue goes for just less than $1000, if memory serves.

I'd get that statue but money is not something I have sadly.

I remember that statue was sold for over 1000€ in eBay. (Euro is more worth than US Dollar but less worth than British Pound)

Jesus, not SexySonadow. She's getting plenty slack at Tumblr right now. :P

I wish you'd considered selling the statue earlier! I'm almost completely drained of funds atm and I'm saving what I have left for a friend's birthday. I'd be someone who's interested, though. ...Give it a few years for me to gather the dosh, and I'm sold...

Also, while I'm still in this topic, not to advertise myself or anything, but I hope it's okay to do so this time - but I am possibly looking to sell my Life-sized Rayman statue. More about this in my tumblr post ...

God damnit, are you serious?

I really would love to buy that from you but I'm not in the greatest financial conditions though. :( [Even if I was giving away for free the Rayman goods I have for selling it would probably be far from the costs of shipping and the object itself...]

The problem is that is the Holy Grail of the Rayman merch that the common mortals cannot own...

Wouldn't we all love to own such a glorious piece such as that, I hope that whoever does so, snaps some glorious images of it.
(Y'know, with the advent of 3D Printing, wouldn't it be nice if we could manufacture our own replicas?).

Same thing happened to me multiple times when ordering fro UK so I gave up ordering from UK ever in future.
Guess you were right about that refund, the disk has a critical scratch on the back, that the seller neglected to mention :boon:

OMG, I can imagine how much is a scratch deep and big since PS1 discs are the best scratch-proof discs ever.

PS1 discs are the weakest discs I ever experienced. PS2 DVD discs are by far better and PS3 blue-rays are the strongest in my opinion.

PS1 discs can survive full circle scratch. PS2, Xbox 360 and PS3 blue-rays can't.

I can say that my R&C1 disc for PS2 that I bought used is full of wierd smudges in the surface of the reading area but it does not affect anything during the reading or the gameplay. It just works fine.

I bought used Crash Twinsanity disc for PS2 once and because of scratches, cutscenes lag a lot. Thankfully I can skip them. Oh and not to mention, that same disc has damaged hole that can break any second. Well at least it was bought for really cheap money.

I had Rayman 1 for the PS1 2 times. Both of them just got that scratched that it won't read anymore by their own. My first one was that 'rare' gray disc edition. Just pity!

Dayum! This is what I would buy if the postage would not be so huge.
