Presumably they were reabsorbed into Polokus' pedestal as seen at the end of the Iron Mountains. They had served their purpose so their forms could return to the æther!

My memory is a bit fuzzy, but weren't the Baby Globoxes messing about with one of the masks that led to the discovery of The Disc?

Obviously the timeline isn't quite clear, but given that the general atmosphere was rather jovial (something I'd doubt would be the case if we were in the midst of Rayman 2), perhaps the masks simply became inert?
