Usually when < eats breakfast, < doesn't want lunch. < usually wants lunch because < enjoys lunch offerings.

But then again, that never stopped < from eating pizza or cheeseburgers for breakfast anyway.

Sometimes < does the same and skips breakfast. < just doesn't feel like < has an appetite in the mornings most times, probably relevant to gastritis or GERD though.

< often forgets to eat.. probably <'s ADHD at work!

<'s ADHD often affects < greatly.

< knows < has ADHD but < isn't legally diagnosed with it. that's because in 2013, < had a french autism assessment and the guy found out that < had ADHD.. but didn't put it on <'s file because "it would be harder to find a school". What a dumb fuckass excuse :fou:

< does also forget to eat at times when < is very focused on something. Though it might not really be "forgetting", more fixating so much that < just wants to get the job done above all else. That's probably not very healthy though. :oops2:

EDIT: < really can't rely on those online tests either. < believes that < has had ADHD symptoms ever since being a kid, and at this point, probably even Autism symptoms. < will score very high on those online tests, but < knows you can't really rely on that without a proper diagnosis. < isn't willing to pay several thousands just for someone to tell < what < likely already knows though, and < thinks that < is doing ok anyway for the most part.

This is relatable.

< is now curious how much a psychiatrist would cost for ^ there.

This is generally the reason why < forgets to eat, < focuses on one thing intensely and then just forgets everything else. < has been diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, and then again as an adult. However, as a kid, < had hyperactivity and concentration issues, while in today's time, < has grown out of the hyperactivity and only has concentration issues. If only < could have better focus on tasks that should have higher priority. :oops2:

< has heard it can cost multiple thousands in euro just to get something like an official diagnosis for Autism.

< literally remembers a child psychiatrist that < went to before, saying that < had signs of ADHD. <'s mother was convinced that the person said "ADD" and not "ADHD", but < is sure it was ADHD. < is fairly sure they don't even call it ADD anymore.

in Canada, where < is from, an autism assessment is free but you gotta wait years for it.

the only reason < got dianosed with autism at the age 2 is because <'s mom apperntly got into a fist fight with SEVERAL employees of her insurance company and because they wouldn't pay for it??

That's a little extreme to get I to a fist fight, isn't it?

< was diagnosed with ADHD when < was really little too.

the thing was that <'s mom has a degree in special education and can easily diagnose a child with autism herself. However, she needed to get a diagnosis for it to be recognized.. but no one would take her seriously because autism in girls is often less noticed. So that's how <'s mom fist fighter several guys so < could be diagnosed.

< definitely doesn't think that would be effective these days, they'd probably just bring one to court if it came to it.
Reese Riverson wrote: Fri Oct 03, 2025 5:39 pm < was diagnosed with ADHD when < was really little too.
< is surprised that it was never followed up, since <'s mother was literally told that < had the signs. They also had < on Ritalin as a kid, because < wouldn't pay attention in school, but < was "like a zombie" on it, so they took < off it. < was sure they only gave this to people with ADHD?

<'s mom has a history of fighting for stuff.

For example, < was getting bullied. So <'s mom straight up complained to the kids parents. lol.

< became calmer and less hyperactive as a kid. So it was effective for < but may not have been as useful for ^ or Steo.

So let < get this straight. ^ was diagnosed because of a fist fight?

<‘s family is kinda fucked… we all for some reason share the same special interest of the Simpson?? Like we all love it.

< Had a really weird day yesterday, as one of <'s friends came over and < and <'s friend somehow went from < pulling him while he was on one of those cheap battery powered ATV's meant for kids using a rope and an electric bike (He, for some reason, has no idea how to ride a bike), to go buy some candles and aquamarine crystals for <'s sister who was bored and wanted to try doing a ritual for some reason, to < and him making candles out of lard and beeswax so we could eat some ostrich steak, ostrich nuggets dipped in Guy Fieri's secret sauce recipe, deep fried butter (Never again on this one, butter has never tasted so bad...), and cakes by candlelight in the outdoors. After that all, < has been dealing with a headache the entire morning, so that's fun...
