< says <’s been playing through Crisis Core FF7 these days

<'s heard that Kurtjmac finally made it to the Far Lands. < watched Far Lands or Bust back in the 2010s, but fell off as < got older. Though it's a strange feeling to see that journey, even if < was only there for a small portion of it, finally come to its end.

< thinks Steo and Hoodcom shouldn't feel bad at all for having an unproductive Sunday! (I don't have to run day)
< is having a Manic Monday

Yeah, well hopefully < will at least make Monday productive.
< had to get fuel this morning into <'s car, but traffic going the opposite way was oddly backed up for once.

Isn't Minesweeper great? < is lucky that <'s workplace doesn't block it. That and pkmnquiz.com
< honestly thought it was pretty fun. Those older Windows games really still have their charm.

< says it’s possible to get patched installation media without the TPM requirement, though they’re obviously unofficial
< had to do this for someone before, and weirdly the automatic repair on Windows somehow corrupt the BIOS, leading to it being unbootable. < had to buy a CH341 with some clip extension to reflash the BIOS and fix it. Really strange scenario.

< hopes so too, maybe < will even manage to have a more productive Monday too.
< hopes the traffic won't be like that later when ^ is going home.

Speaking of car maintenance, < must head to a tyre shop shortly...
Edit: < just realized < used Reese's old name without thinking, sorry...

< is sure it'll take time for ^ to break the habit.
No big deal really.

< was so used to saying the old name too, but it's been pretty much put into <'s head now since it says Reese everywhere that < talks to ^.

^ talks to < on Discord quite often, it's kinda easier for ^. Whereas Plum doesn't use Discord, and doesn't see it all the time.

For that reason, it makes sense that < has adapted to the new name.

< will likely always be Steo as well, unless there are ever joke name changes.
< didn't even have Discord until Master and Reese asked, then < made it.

< doesn't exactly talk to a ton of people all the time on Discord. Mostly just a few / several friends.

< missed this post by Plum, but < just wanted to say that < loves the IT Crowd and that the Countdown scene was really funny.

Meanwhile, < was watching Countdown irrespective of the IT Crowd. Though < hasn't watched it in a good while recently...but it's still a game < thinks is pretty fun.

< hasn't seen it in some time. < used to like trying to figure out the answer for the numbers game. < probably wasn't very good at finding big words though, at least not when < used to watch it.

< is thinking of recording <'s PC play on Rayman 3. Not for people to view as a walkthrough, but for accountability so < doesn't get called out on cheating (even though there was a valid reason in the past 7 years ago).

Based on the discourse, and on the fact that < also didn't saw it in a while, < is watching the IT Crowd while drawing.
< likes the concept of <'s drawing, but < will most likely hate the execution. Maybe this thought will be expanded upon in the doldrums thread.

Here's something funny: as < was driving out of the car park on their way to the tyre shop, Ray D'Arcy's quiz was on the radio, and he played a clip from that very song!

< got curious and went to see if anyone had made a printable Countdown clock. To <'s dismay, they have not. Perhaps a project for < to undertake at some point, should < feel sufficiently motivated.
