My little thought on this all:
I think there is a distinction between anti-religious and atheist.
My opinion: To atheists, most religions seem implausible and they don`t believe in it themselves, but are able to accept it - while on the other hand, anti-religious people hate religion.

Apart from your mistaking atheism as non-religious, this is what I've been saying from the very beginning, and get accused of "trolling" because of it! Atheists *are* anti-non-atheist-religion in *general*, but there are SOME who are NOT. Therefore, while atheism must then naturally be classified as a hate group, it doesn't necessarily mean ALL atheists are bad. Just the ones that will try to mix science with their own personal beliefs. That's the point I've been making.

I am open to every religion, but I am not able to believe in most of the things that are told in religions. And I really wouldn`t care if I, trough the eyes of someone else, would be part of a hate group or similiar things.

Considering it's the atheists here that constantly keep saying *their* religion is the scientific one, the burden is on their shoulders to prove how (their) religion is connected to science in anyway. The whole reason I won this debate is because they failed to do that. Besides, can you come up with a quote where I say science proves all non-atheistic religions correct? Well then, this is a clever question to avoid having to answer my point. It seems all I've received in the entire debate are posters who like to side-step points.

Apology accepted. However, "constantly harassing"? "swamped"? "spammed"? The funny thing about this is, Stacey was the one who PMed me first. Did she tell you that? There were a total of six PMs, and each of us sent three each. Did Stacey make sure to give you that piece of information as well? (Or did you, Stacey, conveniently "forget"? ) Is this what defines "spamming" or "harassment"? If so, I would like to make a complaint about Stacey: she has constantly harassed me with pointless PMs and spammed my inbox.

All the people that describe themselves as atheists ( not all people who don't believe in a god or supernatural being are atheists! ) say the lack of evidence for the existence of a god is their reason not to believe in a god. This links to science in the way that
1) scientists also only believe that the phenomena's that are existent are the phenomena's that have been proven and
2) that most atheists believe in the scientific explanations for the existence of the universe

Scientists don't believe in life on other planets, they only suspect that it exists. This is because scientists have studied life and the things organisms need to develop and live and are researching as we speak on which planets these criteria are met.
