In order to swap the files, if they're compiled, we would need to understand the compression/build format. We've been able to extract the sounds, but inserting new ones would require access to either the unknown, or people who spend eons scraping away, byte by byte at the format.
Again, Drolpiraat would know more about this than any of us, so don't take my word on anything other than the likelihood of it not being a possibility at this time.
