It seems that If you go on this link to register, my name is too long
https://secure.ubi.com/register/CreateA ... lang=en-US

If you register from this link it is not
https://secure.ubi.com/register/CreateA ... lang=en-US

Like how on earth was I supposed to know that 2 years ago when I made that account for who knows what reason? Did that other link even exist before? Even today there is this same glitch. If you register on upper link, you are screwed if you want longer name. Really professional UbiSoft. Not to mention that they automaticly detect my country as US and I do not live there.

Yeah, they think I'm from the UK too while I live in Belgium. I'm pretty sure you can change your area in the settings though. :)
My Uplay account name is "Bar_Yv0386-51". Strangely it shows "Byvar" (my gamertag) on Xbox 360, but if I log in on PC it shows "Bar_Yv0386-51" which is my old Ubisoft account linked to the same e-mail address. think that one will work, but I have no idea if I will be able to play together with PC users.

I would change it on settings if I could access them. Check previous page to see error I get.

Does that happen when you click "Edit" at http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/account ?

EDIT > Ah damn, I get the error too and can't even add any friends because of it... :(
EDIT 2 -> No matter, I installed the PC Uplay and added you all. Now let's see if it works on Xbox ;)

Believe it or not I somehow forgot my password, changed it though. I wonder if I can connect AC3 on this, the game keeps saying I need a Uplay key or something to play online on 360 and the one it had was already used since it was a used game.

While registering on uPlay it gave an error that my eMail address is in use on of their accounts. My reaction: boon. WHO DARE USED MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

If that was the case, wouldn't they have sent an email to your email in the past to clarify or activate an account?

I did not receive any eMails from them.

Curious, do you have an archive to check through? Or do you delete Emails over time?
Also, are the UPlay services on the PC website usually this slow? Because it takes a heck of a long time to get from place to another.
Furthermore, I've seen I've gotten friend requests, but how do I accept them? I click on the tab and nothing shows up.

It's better to use the uPlay client, Master. It's way faster on tabs and what not.

Are you sure it was not you when you purchased Assassin's Creed or something?

Agreed, after being thoroughly irritated about the website, I just downloaded the Desktop client, much faster indeed.

I don't even like Assassin's creed. I am 1000000000% sure I never made an account before because I heard of it on release day of Rayman Legends.

Your Uplay account is your Ubisoft account. Have you ever made an account for Raymanzone or Ubisoft in general? That's the account.

I made an account for the forums of Ubisoft back in 2009 or 2010, I am not sure anymore. I think my account is blocked or so because I shared once a working fullversion of Rayman 1 with music working on Windows Vista. Anyway I don't get any eMails from uPlay.

Fuck this I made a new account on another eMail address: EMSHOMAR97

Personally I never could get too much into AC, I do like the story though. Maybe I'll try to get into it again one day. Though I do want to get into Prince of Persia, and Splinter cell.

While there are some Ubi franchises that have gauged my interest as of late, such as Watch Dogs, I can't say that I'm deeply invested in some of their more popular franchises.

On a side note: 10000th post! Just over 2 years here, and I've reached the 10000 milestone!
