Fifo wrote:Yes, Rayman 1 is even harder! I can't manage to get past Band Land!
Back in 1996 it was the same for me.
Rayman 1 is always difficult.

If you play Rayman 1 enough times, you will realize that there are actually much more harder games out there. Just practice Band Land, watch Walkthroughs of the game and use infinity continiues cheat to pervent yourself from restarting and you will beat it one day.

Hehe, I'll admit, it took me 10 years to beat it, and I still struggle now, don't relent however, victory is all the more sweet when you've really accomplished something.

She has the PS1 and Saturn versions also.
I've already beaten it, I was talking in past tense there for a reason, though I'm suddenly reminded of one of my earlier posts on the forum:
Master wrote:Tell me about it, though I will be honest, I still to this very day use the Up, Down, Right, Left continue cheat, when I saw Haruka's Gameplays for the first time, I was amazed at how someone was actually able to play the whole game, and not run out of legit continues.
I think I worshipped Haruka for a while after that.

Indeed, though I don't get why you made the suggestion that I watch Haruka's PC walkthrough.

Huge bump, sorry – whoa, time goes by… so quickly!
(yes that’s a reference to Madonna’s “Hung Up”)

I can’t believe I used to have trouble with the Canopy’s spider!
Now it’s all easy as pie. :)
