As for original games, I would probably create some sort of survival horror game. I have several ideas, but none of them are quite perfect.
As for HD ports, I would make an HD version of Conker's Bad Fur Day for the PS4 that had upscaled textures, ran at a constant 30FPS, had improved camera controls, and that had uncensored dialogue. It would also run at 4K resolution.
As for a console, I would design a custom OS and case for a 17" Origin PC laptop, and market that as a console.

Why not 60FPS?
BTW, having uncensored dialogue would be awesome since Humor is the best aspect of the game and a reason why is Conker best RareWare game ever.

As shown by the high FPS version of the Hobbit, having to high of a framerate can cause the cutscenes to have a less cinematic feel, which was the intended effect.

Hells yeah!

Also, they could include some of the cutscenes Nintendo found too "offensive," such as the Pokemon cutscene, and the joke at the expense of the Ku Klux Klan.

You could always make it so the the frames drop to 30 during cutscenes by changing the frame limiter.

Perhaps, but even the gameplay is quite cinematic, and I would hate to ruin that effect.

I have plans to make a story-driven 2D platformer called "Quester". It would be filled with all the crazy Ideas for games I had as a kid, back when my creativity was still working.

I too am no longer very creative.

That's just because we're used to it. Years from now when all films are displayed in 48/60/120 FPS, people will look back at your idea of a 'cinematic decision' and be very, very confused.

I suppose, but, nonetheless, the lower framerate does contain a certain cinematic quality. I think it will be many years from now when the standard of 24 FPS changes.

They were some few movies displayed in 25FPS and the last picture displayed only an image of coca-cola or something.

Nonetheless, most films are presented in 24 FPS.

I watched it with 30 FPS and it was good. I didn't watch 60 FPS version, however my friend insisted that 60 FPS is way better.

Hm, I believe we watched the normal 24FPS Hobbits, I can imagine it'd take some adjustment to get used to the new frame rate, but I'd probably not be that fussed, I'm not usually a stickler for detail.

I am a proud detail maniac.

That's why it's nearly impossible for me to play the PC port of Silent Hill 2.

I can tell the difference between 30 and 60FPS, but it doesn't really bother me much, I admit.

Personally, I would prefer smoothness over cinematic quality.

An FPS game based on DOOM. With Demons and monsters and epic boss fights. None of this COD stuff that looks boring.

Most non-psychopathic people wouldn't add that extra frame, though.

And, regardless, I'm quite sure that the sales increase was coincidental, as an additional, barely noticable, frame would not provide "subliminal messaging."
The standard framerate, at least in the US, is 24FPS, and thus I would want to have Conker, or at least the cutscenes, run at something close to that framerate.
