I know it takes time to get boards setup, just like phpBB, if you want to mod it, it will take time to recode and code and add and remove codes or files.

even with DSL, which dail-up takes longer to upload file.

But I've no knowledge of how to or what to mod.

its not realy that hard, just need the time to do that, what is hard is you making your own mod unless you know the phpBB coding.

people can help you know what to do to add a mod.

But I don't know phpbb coding. I'll be using invisionfree anyhow.

Invisionfree is easy to make and manage, so I choose that. It's also faster.

Then only problem is that an InvisionFree account doesn't really belong to you... And you can't do what you could do with a real server

I don't really care about that. It's less hastle and I don't have to know script language to manage it.

At the beginning of PC I could have done the same thing but I'd have regretted it, as it became a very important forum.

Why would you have regretted it? The Forest Haven is bigger than this place and it's an invisionfree board. It's not called "Zelda Central" for nothing.

if it is hosted on a paid host that is not hosted by Invision free, it is not a invisionfree board, its invision power board...

and IPB is just so limited in some areas too.

Not me personally, but Volvox is a regular.

What areas are limited, Hoodcom? Volvox says that the comunity of the Forest Haven is great, there's an RPG section and a Sprites section - and it's a big hit! It has over 2000 registered members!

Its ok, but I'm a little inactive. Cause of Volvox, I'm a bit more active though...
