Moskito is female. Only female mosquitoes suck blood. Moskito fights Rayman because she wants the blood of the Electoons Rayman is made of in R1.

Hm, I never thought about the whole female Moskito thing until now. It does make quite a lot of sense.

I think the Valley (And the rest of the Glade for that matter) is such a strange place that it's normal to feel that way.

Thanks. Terminapor ripped the animations from Rayman 1, and I just used gimp to make gifs from them.

Those sig gifs wouldn't give us a clue about Moskito's sex though

But anyway, yeah, I had assumed Moskito to be male but looking back there's nothing really implying that to be the case.
