Well.... at least we know it's official. But wow, what a missed opportunity, huh? Would've been a LOT better if they just included Rayman 1 DSI, Rayman Origins 3DS, and Rayman 3D.

I am never buying this compilation.
I already have Origins, and owning these Rabbids games would be better buying seperate for used price on eBay.
Rayman DSi or Rayman 3 would be only possible reasons to buy 3DS compilation but that isn't case here it seems.

The Rabbid games were crap anyways. Seriously the Rabbid games stopped being good as a standalone series after 2. TV Party was awful. I can't quite say anything about the DS version of TV Party but that Wii version was bad.

Actually, I seen Travel in Time 3DS gameplay and it looks like ok 2D platformer.
Dunno about other 3DS title though.

I should just say majority of the Rabbid games suck. Because there were some Rabbid games I liked. I do really think it's a funny type of villain to make a one time appearance but I never expected them to grow this big in popularity.
I just watched Knightwings review of Travel in Time on the 3DS... looks like crap. He even said it wasn't worth it. :I

I only watched trailer and some gameplay vids. Maybe I was fooled.

Eh, well I'm not one to argue with that. But I'm still interested with playing the first two Rabbids games.

Meh, I don't really mind having the Rabbids with Rayman like this (though I do recall the later Rabbids titles to be lacklustre). I guess it's a bit disappointing given the realm of possibilities the initial announcement implied.

^ That sound effect should be played everytime someone get in an accident or something, lol.
Anyways, yes, most Rabbids titles are lackluster. The Rabbids were VERY popular though because the first Rabbids game was advertised like crazy on a console that sold crazy. The Rabbids popularity was actually far surpassing Rayman at the time (This one moron on a video a long time ago when he was talking about "Rayman 2" he was actually referring to RRR2 and not actually R2.)
But Ubisoft tried to push them way too much, throwing them into extremely gimmicky games (that horrible fucking kinect game), trying new things that didn't work and ended up shit (Rabbids Land). Let's face it, I respect people who like the Rabbid series, as I did like Rabbids 1 and 2, but the series is easily one of Ubisofts attempted cash cows. It's a shame, I love the Rabbids as a character/villain but actually making them the main star? No thanks. I love Ancel's work, but something about the Rabbid series just doesn't have close enough charm to Rayman or Beyond Good and Evil. Hell when we first saw the trailer for RRR before it was going to end up being a party game, I loved the idea of the Rabbids. Personally I love the idea of crazy type enemies in Raymans universe, I loved the Hoodlums after all.

I was about to say that I would only buy the compilation if it had a R3 port in it, until I saw this...
No, no and no. No thanks, Ubi. I won't buy it. I only see kids and ignorant parents buying the compilation.
@Rayfist The Rabbids became a Cash-In franchise right after RRR2. Period. Only the first two games are "worth" playing.

I fully agree with you Haruka. I doubt even a diehard collectors would find this collection worth owning.
Plus if they just put 3 cartridges inside
I doubt these 3 games can fit on 1 cartridge.

I ponder if Ubisoft regrets all this bunny stuff.

Why would they regret it? From a business perspective it hasn't been very bad for them.

The only Rabbids games I've liked were the original, Rabbids Go Home, and Rabbids Alive and Kickin'. Any other ones I played weren't that good.

Alive and Kicking? Were the Kinect controls working properly? I heard they really suck.

All this will mean to me is a little more room on the shelf, it's just like what they did with the Cooking Mama games where they made compilation packs of those. But ugh the fact that this has the bog standard 3DS RO irks me the most.
OK I just had a look at the Cookimg Mama pack I do have, they managed to fit the two games onto one cart so I guess the same could be done for three games on one 3DS cart.

3DS carts can fit 8GB of storage, as much as an Xbox 360 disc.
I'm sure at the least, both Origins and Legends can fit on a 3DS cart. I know Legends is only 6GB to download on a Wii U, and I believe Origins is 4GB on Xbox 360. Considering that graphics and stuff would be compressed for the less powerful system anyway, especially regarding resolution, I'm sure the two games could easily fit on a 3DS cart (especially if you removed the Back To Origins section from Legends, as it wouldn't be needed when bundled with Origins onto one cart).

As for the Rabbids games, the only one I liked was the first one, and I mean that I actually quite liked it. I thought 2 was shit in comparison - Rayman didn't even have his own voice! I haven't played any of them after that.

Rabbids Go Home was ok in my opinion but too repetitive.
