Bro that is a pretty badass race that is what I call a real challange I will need to do sub 1:28 in order to beat that my best so far was 1:28"40, I was going to do better one time but I did 1 mistake agaisnt the wall in the end

I am so installing Rayman 2 on my Windows-sub right now and going to play it until I reach one of the races.

Also, going to introduce some of the bonus end-of-level races as competition!

We're only racing on PSX, races are a bit different from rest of consoles

O-kay then I won't participate...? I could create a new competition for the not-only-PS1-versions, but that seems a bit pointless. Couldn't you also just compete and say which version you were on?

Hmm, I still do think I ought to merge this thread with Rayrobi's, but seeing as he's pretty inactive these days, I doubt it'd be properly maintained.

Well I already did 1:24 sometimes but the 2nd best time is 1:24:50 of what I remember of the race it was nearly perfect but I didn't throw balls now I am doing it MY goal is to go sub 1:24 that is the finish line tell me what result you got so far?

Please give me advices of what to do better

So we need to talk about the race by each part in order to do better times
I discouvered if you take it to the extreme you don't need to use the helicopter at start on spider webs but I am not sure if that saves time because we will need to go to the corners, another big question is I was taking the jumps to the extreme only release the helicopter in the end but I felt it was bad move so we need to do the helicopter not exactly on top but in the middle but as soon you get floor you should release it if you want good times you have to risk, at ropes should we do the grapple when we see it or run is faster? going for the 2nd rope I always jump when is possible is it a bad move? in the last ropeI only release the ropes in the highest point to jump further it feels faster, on the crawling part because sometimes is a mess what I do always is a big jump to the 2nd rope then up but there is 1 awesome thing that wood can be easily reached so you just jumper under it but you finish on top of it that part is the easiest, the next spider web It feels better to be already on the left corner to be ready to jump, now that island with the clock you should avoid touch the clock or moving to it because it is a big loss of time it's one of the mistakes in the video and you can understand why, now the last spider web is not that hard you just go against the wall and risk as further as possible in the web so you can be closer to the finish line oops now you gonna beat me
