I would like to see a mountain level in Rayman 4. The best thing ever would be to reach the top of the highest peak in Rayman's world.

Nice idea. I guess you could count "Globox's house", (which is in RR only) as on a mountain. It has such good views ^_^

It's fun to watch the Baby Globoxes play soccer there. Some nice views, yes.

I liked Globox's house, even if it was supposed to be in the Canopy, according to Rayman 2.

Well, in RR, it was beside the Teensies circle.

By the way... Here is a picture of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire:

Its very beginning... I had never seen the volcano while playing. This is just magnificent... for a game available in 1999

I've seen the volcano before. Ubisoft did give us the best graphics possible at the time.

Strangely, no volcano was included in the normal R2

I get it now, the volcano is only viewable in the PlayStation1 version of Rayman 2

Hmmm, more weirdness.

Correct. It is just another difference between consoles. Though it does look good for not only a 1999 game, though probably the best-looking PSOne game I've ever seen.

The PSO Rayman 2 version was a real challenge. The game is a bit shorter than the N64 version but it was a great game for PSO anyway. It was developed by UbiSoft China from the main Rayman 2 version, I think.

I'm sure it was, to make such a game on a PlayStation console. (Both PlayStations aren't very easy to develop software for)

But they had place to add the volcano... which is really nice!
Hey! I would like to see a volcano in Rayman 4

If Ubisoft (Even if it was the Shanghai studio, well done still.) can make a nice looking volcano like that in Rayman 2: The Great Escape, I wouldn't mind another volcano.

Imagine a level which would consist of a very large volcano... You could reach its top and go inside it...

That reminds of Corona Mountain. Though that video game mountain wasn't large, and you had to go up it, instead of down it.

Welcome to Pirate-Community! I don't think it will be one huge level, though huge levels is what I'm guessing. It will be less linear than Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, though, it's still a platformer after all. Once more, enjoy your stay!
