Dog owners

Why do you hate them?

We had two dobermans, huge ones come up to us in the park today, and the owner took them off the lead when they were entering the play area. There were little children playing there, and the dogs seemed rather suspicious. It was ike they were going to lash out at one of us. The owner didn't take any notice and just walked on. The dogs could have easily attacked one of us, but the owner didn't seem to take any notice. Thats why I don't like dog owners. Well, I don't mind them, I just don't like the owners that are slack and do not take reponsibility for thier dog's actions towards other people.
