Then you need a web account on which you can upload this folder. What hoster do you use?
Which hoster would you recommend?

It depends on what you want. You can use free hosters, which insert ads in your website, or professional hosters, that provide a better hosting and of course no ads.
For instance, it costs me money to host PC.

I more looking for a website hoster, not just something for a forum. But I might use this for practice.
EDIT: I just created a forum, on another host because this one didn't work properly. I'd like to know if I need to download a phpbb client, and how to use themes and currency. Thanks so much.

This is not a real hoster, as phpBB is pre-installed, you can't modify it as you want

But isn't a PhpBB forum already hosted by PhpBB when you make it?

No. If things don't work out, I'll stick with Invision.

Well, if you choose a pre-installed forum, whether it's phpBB or Invisionfree, you won't be able to do many things with it, and if one day your forum becomes larger, you won't be able to transfer it to a real hoster

I'm using
http://www.eamped.com . It's down right now, though, so I can't access it. However, it's unlimited members and posts. I'm good.
